About

I handle a variety of issues and life stressors including: relationship issues, self esteem, LGBTQ+ population, anxiety, depression, personal growth, PTSD, and domestic violence. Believing in the mind-body-spirit connection to achieve overall wellness, I carry my passionate beliefs about natural healing into my therapy style. I work with a person centered approach, and am certified in Sand Play Therapy and am EMDR trained. My approach is to work collaboratively to bring about and maintain positive change through understanding and shifting negative self beliefs, finding healing with approaches that are distinctive to each client and achieve a more positive world view.
