We all face challenges in our lives that can be difficult to navigate alone. I offer trauma informed, collaborative care that empowers people to gain a better understanding of themselves and move towards their goals. A sense of humor and empathy are important aspects of my approach to create a safe space for growth and healing. My experience is with both individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds. I believe that individuals are the experts in their own lives, I take a collaborative approach and cater to your and/or your families’ specific needs.
