Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re unsure where to begin or what you need. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. I prioritize building a trusting, collaborative relationship and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up as they are and explore their experiences at their own pace. Through my work with children and adolescents, I have learned that strong rapport is the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work—progress begins when the relationship feels safe and secure.
