Currently accepting new client's (afternoon/early evening availability). When I think of my personal style as a therapist, the following words come to mind: attentive, intentional, encouraging, progressive, collaborative, and above all else, human. I'm genuinely curious about my clients and what makes them who they are. My hope is that you are equally as curious about yourself, and together we can create lasting change through individualized treatment & care. I'm incredibly honored to do this work, & to have 7+ years of experience working with various struggles such as: anxiety, emotional/nervous system dysregulation, life transitions, low self esteem, neurodivergence, relational issues, trauma, work/school-related stress, & women’s issues, just to name a few.
