I really enjoy working with clients who are navigating complex life transitions, relational challenges, or emotional pain that feels overwhelming or hard to name. Many of my clients are wrestling with anxiety, grief, betrayal trauma, self-worth issues, or the impact of family dynamics. I also have a heart for women facing infertility, infant loss, or spiritual struggles, as well as those working through the unique pressures of sports performance. I have loved working with couples in all different life stages- from pre-marital to marital therapy and blended family therapy.
