I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I am fluent in English, Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole and semi-fluent in Spanish. I have experience working with young adults, elderly, and children. My area of expertise is depression, anxiety, trauma informed and stressed. I focus on strength-based, solution focused, CBT and Trauma-focused therapy. My approach is very inviting, and I create a safe place where clients can explore and express their concerns. I will help you identify and create a plan to meet your goal. My unique training has prepared me to help serve people of different ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
