I provide a welcoming and non-judgmental space for my clients to process their past and present, to make meaning of their unique life experiences, and to enhance their self understanding. I partner with my clients to identify goals and address barriers that are holding them back. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches.
