I have an eclectic therapeutic style and strive to meet people wherever they are on their journey. Healing and emotional growth takes time. It's not easy to sit with the big emotions and deeper parts of ourselves that we keep hidden, but with the right therapist you don't have to do it alone. After all, "only in the darkness can you see the stars" and exploring our own darkness allows us to find our light. As long as you have a willingness to do the work and openly engage in the therapy process, you are ready to start your journey. I’m a licensed art therapist and counselor and work with people age 12+ to improve mental health, support social and emotional wellbeing, and strengthen sense of self. Utilizing the creative process of art-making in addition to traditional therapy, I provide therapeutic support to individuals struggling with a variety of symptoms and life challenges.
