As a therapist, my approach is deeply rooted in creating a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I specialize in eating disorders but work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. By prioritizing a client-centered approach, I empower clients to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace, helping them develop self-awareness and resilience. I believe that lasting change occurs through trust and collaboration, and I am committed to walking alongside each individual on their journey toward healing, self-acceptance, and lasting recovery.
