Hi! My name is Maddi Hemrich. I’m so happy you’re here! As a counselor, I am passionate about supporting you on your therapeutic journey. I am dedicated to individualizing my approach to help you reach your goals in a safe and welcoming environment. Life can be overwhelming and full of highs and lows. Counseling is a space where you can build skills, learn to manage feelings and behaviors, and process lived experiences. I am here to support you in any way that I can. In my work as a counselor, I use various modalities depending on your goals. I am primarily a client-centered counselor, but enjoy implementing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness interventions in my work as well.
