I work best with children and adolescents who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling with big emotions, transitions, or relationship stress. My ideal clients are kids and teens who need a safe, supportive space to express themselves and build emotional awareness and coping skills in a developmentally appropriate way. I also support parents who want to better understand and support their child. I work with young adults who are motivated to engage consistently in therapy while navigating anxiety, transitions, and identity development.
