You are enough. If you’ve spent years trying to be perfect or keep everyone happy, it can feel like nothing you do is enough. Early experiences taught you love or safety had to be earned by always doing things right. Over time, the inner critic grows louder, making it hard to rest, connect with others, or feel joy. You might feel drained, shut down, or wonder why it’s so hard to just be. In therapy, we’ll slow down and listen with compassion to the parts of you shaped by pain and survival. Together, we’ll rewrite old stories, help you find your voice, and meet your needs with trust, curiosity, and care. My approach is collaborative and flexible, adapting to what you need most. Together, we’ll look at how trauma, early relationships, cultural and family messages, and your lived experiences have shaped how you see yourself, what you believe you deserve, and how you move through the world.
