Hi, I am Maddie! I am a therapist who is dedicated to helping my clients identify and actively work on their therapeutic goals. I specialize in empowering individuals facing various life challenges. A part of my practice focuses on supporting individuals navigating infertility and pregnancy loss along with pregnancy after loss and birth trauma. I have years of experience helping individuals work through stress, work/school related issues, creating and upholding boundaries, communication (including people pleasing tendencies) and becoming strong advocates for themselves! I also have a wonderful therapy dog named Axel. With a compassionate and straight forward approach, I assist in guiding clients through their personal journeys and struggles, helping them understand themselves on a deeper level. My therapeutic framework is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
