My clients are often individuals who are feeling immense pressure to have it all together, experiencing big emotions around big life changes, wanting to feel more self-compassion and less shame, are struggling in their relationships, or wanting to further understand themselves and reach their full potential. If any of this sounds familiar, we may be a good match! I’m especially passionate about working with teens, women, and young adults and welcome conversations about body image and food with compassion, coming from a health at every size approach. I believe in the healing power of a strong therapeutic relationship and collaborative conversations. Our time together should feel authentic and warm rather than clinical. Genuine human connection can be healing all by itself, and I'm here to help you take that experience a step further in whatever direction you want us go.
