I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who may be navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, major life transitions, and other emotional challenges. My goal is to help each client reach their full potential by exploring the tools that have supported them so far and introducing new strategies to create meaningful change. I believe that everyone has the capacity to transform their life. My role is to offer guidance, support, and encouragement as you begin this new chapter toward change.
