I have a passion for working with a client that is a child, teen, or adult navigating overwhelming emotions, trauma, or life transitions. They may struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, or feeling safe in their body and relationships. While they might not always have the words, they’re looking for support, relief, and a path toward healing. Their goals often include building coping skills, processing trauma, improving relationships, and feeling more grounded. Whether through play, CBT, or somatic work, they’re seeking a safe, supportive space to feel understood and begin to heal.
