I specialize in working with adult women experiencing mood disorders, those navigating pregnancy or postpartum issues, and complex PTSD. Much of my work focuses on self-esteem and identity, relationship patterns, family dynamics, and navigating life transitions. I draw on my experience within McLean Hospital’s trauma continuum and Trauma and Dissociation Partial Hospitalization Program, as well as inpatient and outpatient settings including Boston Children’s Hospital. I am known for a warm, validating, and nonjudgmental approach. I am deeply passionate about supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. I help clients navigate the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that can arise before and after having a baby.
