Do you want to feel better about yourself, feel more secure in your relationships, and learn to better tolerate uncertainty and discomfort? Life brings challenges and uncertainty that may leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and those around us. I believe therapy can help in facing, addressing, and overcoming the challenges that we’re presented with. I help others with challenges relevant to addiction, anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem concerns, and trauma. I currently work with folks ages 15 and up.
