I am not currently able to accept new cIients. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, providing individual therapy to adults (21 and older). I specialize in the treatment of trauma (PTSD, complex trauma), and also work with stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, such as divorce, or retirement. I offer executive functioning-focused skills and strategies for clients living with ADHD/neurodivergence. I also provide therapy to LGBTQ+ and Gender-Diverse individuals navigating their intersecting identities, and/or gender identity and expression. My interpersonal style is warm, respectful, empathic, and practical.
