My goal as a therapist is to help you focus on self-love, self-discovery and finally creating a real routine for wellness that you can follow through with. In our sessions, we spend time exploring the real root of what you’ve been struggling with through trauma therapy- then we work on building the skills that you need so you can start overcoming barriers and accomplishing your goals.
