I have worked in the field of mental health for 12 years, specifically in schools, hospital, & outpatient settings. I have always been grounded in supporting those that otherwise cannot advocate for themselves, particularly in navigating emotional health and the systems that support individuals. I find that building rapport and relational connection is essential in creating pathways of growth & healing. I understand that individuals are part of a much larger picture and because of that, my support considers both the individual & their environments.
