My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck, even if they appear to be functioning well on the outside. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, or major life transitions such as immigration stress, family conflict, or identity changes. Often, they’ve been carrying a lot on their own and are unsure where to start—but they know something needs to change.
