Beginning counseling is a brave and significant decision. It takes courage to seek help! So in light of this, I'd like to say welcome and that I'm so glad you are taking your first step! I wholeheartedly believe counseling can be a transformative experience for anyone willing to engage with the process. My desire is to come alongside my clients to create a safe, comfortable, and collaborative space for them to explore and experience transformative healing and freedom. I seek to build a strong therapeutic alliance and foster agency with my clients, which I believe is foundational for healing. My approach to counseling is integrative and client centered. I have experience working with adolescents, individuals, couples and groups on a variety of issues! I have a special interest in working with anxiety, attachment, complex trauma, depression, and spiritual burnout or abuse.
