Many people find that past stress or overwhelming experiences shape how their mind and body respond, often leaving them feeling guarded, disconnected, or stuck. These responses aren’t signs that something is wrong; they’re learned ways of staying safe. I work with individuals who want to feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and connected to themselves and others. My specialty is helping clients gently restore a sense of safety and self-trust through mind-body–based therapy, supporting both emotional insight and nervous system regulation.
