I have a passion for working with clients through intrapersonal and relational concerns related to attachment. By using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person centered therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I hope to empower my clients with tools to create authentic connections with others, while also prioritizing self-exploration and self-acceptance. I have a special interest in working with couples, burnout, depression and anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and effective communication.
