Employing relational and psychodynamic techniques, I work with individuals, couples and families. I treat relationship difficulties, mood disorders, bipolarity, and trauma as well as depression and anxiety. Over the years I've developed a specialization in long-standing repetitive patterns that affect the quality of your life while proving very difficult to change. This sometimes involves issues that were apparently resolved in a previously successful treatment only to reappear a few years later. The provision of a non-judgmental,honest and accepting atmosphere is crucial to my work. I try to provide the best opportunity possible for self expression so that we can achieve a fuller understanding of your difficulties. In both psychotherapy and psychodynamic treatment, I contribute to the process and view our work as collaborative.
