I am a licensed MFT and Art Therapist passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults overcome trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, and perfectionism. Through a combination of traditional talk therapy, art therapy techniques, and evidence-based interventions, I aim to help clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and foster a positive self-image.
