Connection is at the heart of my counseling approach. I aim to support clients in developing a well-balanced lifestyle so they can feel confident, fulfilled, and deeply connected to others. My hope is for clients to live wholeheartedly, honoring their true values rather than remaining stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I have come to learn that our wounds can inform how we see the world, and yet, do not have to define who we are. It is my passion to aid clients in understanding their past while feeling empowered to move forward.
