You may be experiencing conflicts in relationships or within yourself. You may need help dealing with things like emotional stress or relational conflicts. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to. Together, we can discuss things in a way that will help you develop capacities within yourself that will result in more confidence re; whatever situation you're dealing with.
