As individuals, we are making our way through life for the first time, and I want to reassure you that even though it may not feel okay right now, it will be okay. As a compassionate individual and therapist, I am here to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and without pressure. I take a nervous system approach with trauma therapies to aid in empowering you and your journey. Together we can figure out what it means to explore your own personal path to growth and healing so you can move from surviving, to thriving. Whether you are working through past or current painful and traumatic experiences, struggling with different life transitions, or you have found that your current coping skills just are not working anymore, I am committed to creating and maintaining a safe and supportive space for you to feel seen and empowered.
