Living in this world we experience a lot of adversity. And sometimes those experiences are traumatic and damaging. We develop a deep sense of shame and feel defective. I specialize in coming along side people to help resolve the trauma and their deep sense of shame. My heart's desire is to lead my clients to a life that is whole and abundant, where they can experience deep and fulfilling relationships with themselves and those they love.
