I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in Alabama. I specialize in helping people heal from emotional struggles, whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief, or adjusting to traumatic life events. I am experienced in CBT, DBT, strength-focused, person-centered, and empowerment practices to help people become the best versions of themselves. I look forward to working with you! I enjoy approaching from a strength-based and positive psychology perspective. I like to identify triggers and barriers and set specific goals to accomplish during our time together.
