Struggling to feel like yourself? Not sure what "yourself" means? Are you frustrated with emotions that seem to come out of nowhere and linger? Anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma can steal peace and well being. My therapeutic approach is warm, authentic, and empathetic, encouraging you to be your most authentic self. I deeply enjoy working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ community members I will engage and support you in reaching your mental health goals. It is important to me to create a safe, collaborative therapy space where you can grow, heal, and hold space for all of the experiences and emotions life throws at you.
