I am a licensed graduate professional counselor who received my master’s in counseling psychology from Towson University. I work with adults of all ages (18+) and am a LGBTQ+ affirming and gender affirming clinician. My counseling pulls from multiple sources to best fit clients’ needs, incorporating a client-centered approach with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness.
