I enjoy working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, and difficulties with emotional regulation and coping skills. They often feel overwhelmed and unsure how to manage daily stressors. They need a safe, supportive space and practical, age-appropriate tools they can use outside of session. My goal is for them to leave therapy feeling empowered, with strategies and confidence to face the next day.
