I am a New York State Licensed Counselor and Mental Health Practitioner practicing in New York City since 1981, trained in talk therapy and clinical hypnotherapy, specializing in short term therapy focusing on solutions and goal directed outcomes. Experience includes counseling couples, individuals grieving loss or illness, as well as struggling with low self-esteem, depression or anxiety. I believe therapy does not have to go on forever and that you are in charge of the process. I am simply there to guide you to your strengths.
