I work with individuals and relationships, including the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. I have helped people for over 10 years to improve their relationships, prevent self-harm and suicidality, move forward from trauma and loss, manage anxiety, and navigate challenges with eating and other sensory experiences. My approach focuses on supporting your strengths, creativity, and helping you feel safe.
