I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with deep experience supporting adolescents, teens, and adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or those struggling with life stressors. I’ve worked in higher levels of care, including PHP, IOP, and comprehensive DBT programs, so I know what it takes to help clients make lasting change. I bring warmth, humor, and a down-to-earth vibe to therapy. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling seen, a little lighter, and reminded that even in the hardest moments, you’re not alone—and things can get better.
