Clients who participate in services with me will learn a lot about themselves as well as unique ways to cope with daily stress. My approach ties in various techniques so that each client can develop their own way of healing and not feel like they’re stuck in a specific box. I’m continuously participating in education for new protocols and techniques that are proven to work for others. Ultimately, the goal in therapy for my clients is to find relief from the hurt, pain, and stress that traumatic events can cause.
