Together, we can laugh, cry, pause, and explore who you are and who you are becoming. If you’re feeling dissociated, overwhelmed, or lost in the weight of life, we’ll walk your path side-by-side to help you find your footing again. I value the therapy of presence, play, and curiosity, and our sessions may take many forms. They can be talking while creating art or working on a puzzle, practicing mindful breathing to build resilience, or exploring difficult (or special-interest) topics in ways that feel grounding.
