Currently accepting new clients! I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating the ups and downs of life. I believe each person is unique and deserves to tell their story. Trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues can influence functioning and inhibit our ability to navigate life and show up for ourselves in positive ways. Through examining ourselves, our relationships, and our pasts, I believe we can gain insight into why we behave certain ways. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space that can aid in allowing you to feel heard; so that change or acceptance for where you are can occur.
