I help couples and individuals who want to “get it right” in their relationships, but keep getting stuck in cycles of shame, disconnection, or outdated messages about love, sex, and self-worth. I specialize in working with couples and individuals who are trying to build something different — something conscious, connected, and emotionally safe — even when they didn’t have a clear roadmap growing up. Many of my clients are in loving relationships but find themselves triggered, disconnected, or overwhelmed by intimacy (emotional or physical), even though they want closeness. Others are healing from the impact of other traumas.
