As a mental health counselor, I specialize in substance use struggles and eating disorder concerns. With experience in group and individual therapy, I value a harm reduction approach and emphasize the true power of choice in our lives. My humor, authenticity, honesty, and non-judgemental nature are qualities of mine I bring to the therapeutic space. I provide a warm and comfortable place to navigate all of life's struggles, while also challenging you to become a better version of yourself.
