Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to provide a supportive, safe space where you feel seen and valued. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Iowa (expected Spring 2026) and practicing as a counseling intern under supervision. I work with clients of all ages and have a special interest in supporting individuals navigating ADHD and other neurodevelopmental concerns, as well as those experiencing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma (especially childhood trauma), and non-suicidal self-injury.
