My ideal clients recognize that therapy is a collaborative process—one rooted in guidance, understanding, and self-discovery. I’m passionate about helping people rebuild their relationship with themselves, fostering self-compassion and sustainable personal growth. While there’s no rulebook for being a “perfect human,” therapy offers us a space to embrace our humanness and live more fully and presently.
