I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, and stress, especially high-functioning professionals and parents. Much of my work focuses on young women and mothers who feel overwhelmed by the constant demands of caregiving, work, and daily life. Many are used to putting everyone else first and struggle with guilt, exhaustion, or a loss of self. Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, restore balance, and build tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and present. I help children, teens, adults, and parents who feel emotionally exhausted, reactive, or “not enough.” Many clients come in managing trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, caregiver stress, or high-conflict family dynamics. I specialize in attachment-focused therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
