My ideal clients are children, teens, adults, and families who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, grief, or major life transitions and want a supportive space to heal and regain stability. They may be struggling with stress, burnout, low mood, difficulty coping, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many want practical tools to feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident in everyday life. I work well with clients who are ready to build insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and manageable
