As your therapist, I will assist you in this by promoting honesty, self-compassion, and self-acceptance in order for you to connect with your authentic self and come into your natural state of well-being. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, I bring a holistic and integrative perspective to mental health, recovery, and wellness.
