My passion is to help guide children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. I believe that no matter what someone has experienced in the past, everyone has the capacity for healing and positive change. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward. I earned my Bachelor’s degree as a triple major in Psychology from Manchester University with concentrations in Cognitive Neuroscience, Religious Culture, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My professional experience includes providing outpatient counseling for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
