I am a counselor-in-training at Northwestern University, working toward my licensure as a clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC). I work with adults who are experiencing challenges in their daily life that may be impacting overall well-being, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also work with children and adolescents who may be experiencing challenges with anxiety, adjustment, social functioning, or emotional regulation.
